Please read carefully before using JOuHealth for any decision about your health.
1. Nature of the service
JOuHealth is an informational tool for storing, displaying and comprehensibly summarising the data you enter into it. It does not provide health services, does not determine a diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace examination, consultation or ongoing care by a qualified healthcare professional.
2. Automated output
Output labelled as created by AI is generated automatically without review by a doctor, unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific output. It may misread a document, confuse a person, a unit or a reference range, overlook important context or produce an untrue statement. Before using it, always check the original document, the identity of the person, the date, the units and the laboratory's reference ranges.
3. No standalone health decisions
Do not use the output as the sole basis for starting, stopping or changing treatment, medication, dosage, supplements, diet, examinations or other care. Do not postpone a doctor's visit because of it. Decide on any health course of action with a qualified healthcare professional who knows your condition and your complete records.
4. Not monitoring or an emergency service
JOuHealth does not continuously monitor your condition, does not guarantee that deterioration will be detected, and no doctor automatically reviews alerts. Do not use the application in an acute situation. In the Czech Republic call 155 or 112, or the local emergency line in the country where you are.
5. The source prevails
In case of a conflict, the original medical report, laboratory result and the instruction of a healthcare professional prevail. Correct an import error or stop using the output, and report it to info@jouhealth.com.
